Here’s my third tip on how to make this a more relaxed gift-giving season for you and your family.
Tip #3: Prioritize Your List – Using your gift-giving list, put the dollar amount you are dedicating to this gift-giving exercise at the top of your list, and then put an amount that you want to target to spend from that budgeted amount next to each gift. Do not go beyond the total number you have written at the top. If you run out of money – move things around. Shave numbers off from one to give to another. Get creative – see Tip #2 for ideas.
