Debit cards have been around for a long time, but the Kardashians are throwing their hat into the ring with the Kardashian Prepaid Debit MasterCard. Of course, it comes at a price ($99.95 for a year) just for the privilege of owning one – plus the usual ATM withdrawal fees. What a waste! My advice, don’t bother.

I am one of those people who watch the show Keeping Up with The Kardashians and have noticed all of the ways that this family is able to make money. This has gone a little too far. Just to have a debit card with their pictures on it for a fee of $99.95 per year plus ATM fees is wrong. They are probably taking advantage of people who can’t afford it in the first place but just want to be like them.
